RESERVATIONS

We highly recommend booking your session for any of our services well in advance, to ensure that your preferred time and service is available. This is also to make sure that we organize our resources to give you an exceptional experience that will inspire you and promote your wellbeing.

N.B.: For first time clients, we advice that you book your visit at least 3 days in advance, to permit us give you the proper welcome into our community and the adequate orientation as to how we function, so that expectations are not misplaced.

CANCELLATIONS

Please allow 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. This will help us assign another client to your time slot and void us of any wastes.

N.B.: For first time clients, you are required to make a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the full amount of the service that you are booking for, when you make your booking. This will confirm your appointment. If you comply with our 24-hours cancellation policy, your appointment will be rescheduled. If you don’t, you will forfeit the full 30% deposit.

TIME

Because we are almost always fully booked, we recommend that you show up on time for your appointment. We advice that you show up at least 15 minutes before your appointment, so as to be in a great state of readiness for your session. Our waiting area has been designed with that in mind. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive any time extensions, lest the next person after you be penalized.

ETIQUETTE

Our environment (its architecture and interior design) is intentionally constructed to exude tranquility and relaxation. We intend to create a contemplation haven for all our guests, so please respect all clients’ right to privacy and serenity. Please understand that we expect all mobile phones to be on silent, phone calls and other conversations to be at bare minimum.

RESTRICTIONS

The use of alcohol and tobacco is strictly prohibited in and around our premises, except by special exemption or special occasion.

NURSERY

If you have any kids or underaged children, we advise that you make provisions for their guardianship before showing up for your appointment. This is for the safety of their health and the tranquility of other guests.

REFUND

Please understand that we do not offer refunds for any services. For cancellations that respect our 24-hours cancellation policy, we are liable to reschedule. For cancellations that do not respect our cancellation policy, the amount paid will be forfeited by the client without any expectation of a reschedule.
