Nail Care Tips
Fingernails are composed of laminated layers of a protein called keratin. Healthy fingernails are smooth, without pits or grooves. They're uniform in color and free of spots or discoloration.
Washing your hands
Avoid soaps that contain harsh chemicals like triclosan (often marked "antibacterial") and strong bleaching agents. Try natural soaps made from eco-friendly.
Practice good nail hygiene
Preferably to use nail filers than sharp manicure scissors or clippers. Make sure you file the edges of the nail. Clippers can cause your cuticle to break and expose to infection.
When you use hand lotion, rub the lotion into your fingernails and cuticles, too.
