WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
STEP 1 – APPLICATION:
If you are interested in a career at Spectra Beauté, whether or not a vacancy was announced, go ahead and fill out the form on this page and upload your CV/resume and cover letter in PDF format as required. If you are interested in a nail technician or hairdressing role, remember photos of your best work are required as well.
Once you submit your application, it goes through pre-screening. If we find a match, then your profile is shortlisted and we will contact you to arrange the next step of the process.
If you are shortlisted for any role, you will be called in for an interview at our Spectra Beauté office. We usually organice 2-4 rounds of interviews, where you will have the opportunity to exchange with a member of our Culture Team and a member of our Executive Team.
Completing a test or practical assignment is required for all nail technician, aesthetician, hairdressing and hospitality roles. Other roles may have a verbal test with the team leader, or a practical test too.
Before we extend the official offer, we will ask you to provide us with reference contacts of peers and supervisors from your previous workplaces. We will check in with them to gain some more perspective on our potential future colleague (that’s you).
If you’re successful, you will be offered a role at Spectra Beauté. Congratulations, you’re about to become an official member of the Spectra Beauté team!
