Reservations &
Arrival
To ensure a seamless and personalized experience, we recommend reserving your treatment in advance. First-time guests are encouraged to book at least three days ahead for a curated welcome and consultation.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to unwind and fully embrace the spa experience. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other guests.
Punctuality &
Late Arrivals
Time is an essential element of your well-being. We kindly request punctuality for all appointments.
Guests arriving beyond 30 minutes of their scheduled time will be considered a no-show, and the reservation will be released.
If you anticipate a delay, we encourage you to notify us promptly. While we will do our utmost to adjust, treatment durations may be modified to honor our commitment to all guests.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
To maintain the quality and availability of our services, we request:
A minimum of 3 hours' notice for changes to 1-2 treatments.
24 hours’ notice for 3 or more treatments.
Cancellations made outside of this window will incur a 25% charge of the reserved treatment value. Repeated cancellations of the same appointment more than twice will result in a non-refundable deduction of 25% from your deposit before rebooking.

Respect the peace and privacy of fellow guests.
Deposits & Refunds
A 50% deposit is required for bookings involving multiple treatments.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a later appointment within 30 days of the original booking.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed at 50% of the deposit value.
Gift
Cards
Holders must reserve at least 24 hours in advance.
Gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred or redeemed within their validity period.
Children & Guest Comfort
For an undisturbed experience, we recommend arranging childcare in advance, as the spa environment is designed for relaxation and well-being.
